Delivery Charges

We will deliver FREE to any address within Mainland UK*.

If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us for further details.

Delivery & Installation

Once your furniture has been delivered to the store nearest to you, they will ring to arrange your delivery. If you are unable to receive your furniture, most times we are able to store for a maximum of 4 weeks as long as the goods are paid in full.

Should you require your furniture to be installed or built, please contact us to ensure this is available with your order. A small charge of £20 is required for this service.

On Delivery

On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice and remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. Please inspect your furniture carefully before signing for it and pay any outstanding balances where applicable. We are able to take old furniture away in some areas, however please ensure you have confirmed this with us at the time of ordering.
